Empowering Talent to Its Full Potential.
LEAP IN’s Signature Programs are specifically designed to focus on developing leaders and organizations to accelerate their growth and realize their full potential.
Our Signature Programs are transformative Leadership Development Programs designed to assess, reflect, and then take action. LEAP IN’s unique programming takes a holistic approach to leadership development, covering not only business-centric subjects (such as financial and risk management, operational excellence, and marketing and branding), but also embracing the development of crucial leadership skills, including emotional intelligence, self-awareness, communication skills, and team empowerment.
What you'll take away:
“Having participated in previous leadership programs, it has been my experience that they feel 'cookie cutter' and provide little to no room to tailor the programs to its participants. This cookie cutter modality makes them impersonal and creates an environment where it is hard to discuss the issues you are experiencing in your company and leadership journey. I was happily surprised with this program and its execution. From day one you could tell that the team took the time to learn about each company and that the program was “alive” (the parts were established but the participants decided where the discussion and emphasis was placed). This built-in flexibility allowed the program to move in whichever direction the participant took it. Therefore, tailoring the program to our individual needs while providing a safe and open atmosphere where I felt comfortable discussing any applicable scenario I had experience allowing me to obtain the knowledge I had been looking for."

Corporate-Sponsored Small to Medium Business Development.
Many corporations who desire to push the status quo and give small and medium-sized businesses a chance are often hesitant to do so due to lack of experience, financial stability, or connections. Having a pipeline of qualified businesses better increases the utilization of these small businesses while also helping to make positive impacts on local communities.
The LEAP IN Business Accelerator Program gives these underutilized companies the tools they need to earn a seat at the table and better prepare them to successfully deliver consistently for large corporations.
“The program exceeded my expectations in the quality of the material and depth that we dove into topics, the various resources, materials and tools that were provided, as well as the small cohort size that enables us to really get to know one another. The 1:1 coaching sessions with program faculty helped us to apply what we learned to our specific companies.
You can hear Meredith’s passion for the program and for helping small businesses. I am a person who values continuous learning and excellence and this program aligned perfectly with my values.”
Through every step of the program, our coaches provide needs-based support that are aligned with corporate values and meet the companies where they are.
Together the participants and our coaches collaborate to help change the current ecosystem and build a community that understands the value of strong, diverse businesses.
The LEAP IN program creates an opportunity for a win-win scenario for all parties involved:

CASE STUDY: Microsoft Pilot Program: Crafting Futures TogetherTM
When Microsoft was looking to increase representation of small and minority-owned businesses in their supplier and vendor network, they needed a partner who was passionate about the advancement of these companies and making a greater impact in our communities for the greater good.
They knew exactly who to call. When Meredith Leapley was awarded the Microsoft Atlantic Yards project, a 523,000 SF interior build-out, the minority participation goal was 20%. Through her dedication and natural affinity for mentorship, Meredith’s team hired 24 different minority-owned subcontractors, granting more than 50% of the project budget to small and diverse businesses – a feat unheard of in the construction industry. Meredith and the Leapley Construction team not only exceeded Microsoft’s diversity and inclusion goals, she sparked a catalyst of change for the way things have always been done regarding supplier procurement. She showed what was achievable utilizing Meredith’s proven roadmap to success, and Microsoft wanted to take that model and expand to other locations.
Leapley Construction and Microsoft formed a partnership and Leap and In Build was born. The Business Accelerator Program, Crafting Futures TogetherTM, invites minority-owned suppliers in the construction and real estate industry to participate in a four-month course that walks them through everything involved in working with large corporations. From leadership skills to operational best practices and business strategy to team building, participants graduate from the program with a solid foundation to accelerate their growth and a confidence to win work and thrive.
To date, there have been four completed cohorts, with one underway currently.
We are true to ourselves, and commit to always perform at our best.
We believe that we are outstanding. Not because we say it, but because we work hard at it. We are dedicated, committed and focused. We believe that every person will reach their personal best and overcome any challenge through a shared culture and ethos.

Microsites realize their full potential when used to complement other multi-channel marketing efforts by presenting relevant and in-depth information about a particular product. Ideally, your agency partner should develop a campaign that aligns strategy and messaging both online and off.
Effective integrated campaigns use direct mail, email, and brochure/sell sheets (among other tactics) to drive prospects to a microsite where they can view product specifications or informational videos. Give users the tools to download PDFs, order online, contact your company for more information, or find a nearby retailer where they can purchase your products. Both traditional and online PR can be used in the same fashion. By publicizing the launch of the product where your target audience spends time online, you can drive valuable traffic and interested users to the microsite. Furthermore, PR can notify industry publications of your product, where you might garner a review.

As online marketing strategies continue to evolve, the development of microsites has proven to be highly effective. Microsites are an auxiliary to your company`s primary website, with the main distinction being that microsites are often focused on a specific product or content theme.
Whether functioning as an independent website or as a subdomain, microsites can be utilized to further a range of strategic objectives during a product launch. In addition to supporting sales efforts, microsites help to open distributor channels, generate industry awareness, boost search engine optimization efforts, and sculpt a unique, ownable brand image.
